What’s New with Low Voltage MCCs and Low and Medium Voltage Drives

In our August 2016 Louisiana Users’ Group seminar we took a look at the latest solutions from Rockwell Automation for low voltage MCCs and low and medium voltage drives.

About Low Voltage MCCs:
Allen-Bradley’s CENTERLINE 2100 NEMA Motor Control Centers (MCCs) combine rugged durability and premium quality, and integrate control and power into one centralized package that meet UL and NEMA standards, and offer solutions for networking and communications, and safety.

About PowerFlex Drives:
The PowerFlex family of AC drives offers a broad range of control modes, features, options, and packaging, as well as global voltages and many power ratings. With a consistent programming structure and common operator interface, PowerFlex drives ease programming and configuration, and they reduce set-up time, training, and operation. PowerFlex Medium Voltage Drives enable soft-starting and variable-speed control of processes with high power demands. They help reduce energy costs, component count, maintenance and motor wear.
