As 2019 draws to a close, we want to take a moment to thank all who visited our automation solutions blog. Our blog saw tremendous growth in daily visitors this year from all across the globe. We’re pleased to be able to share information about new products, solutions, and technical support articles with our readers.
Our audience comes from far and wide, but a few topics seem to be of similar interest no matter what part of the world you call home.
Here’s a look at the top 5 most viewed posts from 2019.
Our most viewed post in all of 2019 was a technical support article about the default IP address in the Ethernet-enabled Micro800 controllers, the Micro 820 and Micro850. Although the Micro820 and Micro850 are DHCP enabled out of the box, if a DHCP server does not respond, a default IP address is provided.
Our second most read post from 2019 was also a technical support article on how to send an email from a Logix controller. This can be done from the controller itself, or with the use of the eWON Flexy 205 industrial gateway.
Coming in third was an application feature that listed several ways to log data with a Logix controller. This can be done onboard the Logix controller using the SD card, or through various external methods, such as the ProSoft Data Logger or eWON Flexy 205.
Version 12 of Connected Components Workbench (CCW) software included a new Micro800 Simulator. Now you can test your code without the need of a controller.
Rockwell Automation released the LogixAI module in 2019. This is an embedded analytics module that can be placed right in your ControlLogix chassis.
Thanks for giving us a visit in 2019.
